WEST CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University men's lacrosse team fell to Wilmington University 21-6 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference contest.
The Cougars fall to 2-5 overall and 0-2 in the CACC, while the Wildcats improve to 4-3 and 1-0 in conference play.

Jason Staudte (Sound Beach, N.Y.) netted first half goals for the Cougars.

Jayden Paladino (Hawthorne, N.J.) added a goal for Caldwell in the third quarter, while the Cougars tallied three goals in the final quarter. Junior

Garret Ciccia (Rockaway, N.J.) and freshman
Ben Taylor (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) accounted for the final three goals for Caldwell.

Shane Murphy (Middletown, N.J.) recorded nine saves in 50 minutes of play in net.
The Cougars travel to Molloy College for a non-conference game on Wednesday, March 30 at 7 pm.
