PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- The Caldwell University women's basketball team fell to #24 University of Sciences 72-32 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference contest.
The Cougars fall to 3-14 overall and 3-5 in the CACC, while the Devils improve to 14-3 and 7-1 in conference play.
The Devils pulled ahead 15-3 midway through the opening quarter. USciences maintained their lead as they led 39-15 at halftime.
Sophomore
Tamrin Henderson (Woodbridge, Va.) led the way for Caldwell with 10 points and five rebounds. Sophomore
Paula Dits (Alicante, Spain) added six points and four rebounds, while freshman
Rebecca Morrison (Ayrshire, Scotland) finished with nine boards. Senior
Tina Lebron (Manalapan, N.J.) connected on one three-pointer in the game, bringing her career total to 213.
The Cougars travel to Chestnut Hill College for a CACC contest on Saturday, January 18 at 1:00 pm.
