JERSEY CITY, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's soccer team netted six second half goals to pace the Cougars to a 6-0 win over Nyack College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match.
The Cougars improve to 8-3-3 overall and 7-1-3 in the CACC, while the Warriors drop to 3-13-1 and 3-8-1 in conference play.
The teams battled through a scoreless first half as Nyack held the edge in shots 6-2 over the first 45 minutes.
Caldwell got on the board in the 51

Teaghan Darling (Forked River, N.J.) scored the first goal of the game off an assist from senior
Meghan Grundhauser (Easton, Pa.). The Cougars added a goal one minute later as Grundhauser netted a goal to extend their lead to 2-0.
Senior
Gabrielle da Silva (Edison, N.J.) netted a goal in the 56
th minute of play off Grundhauser's second assist of the day. Da Silva added her second goal of the game in the 63
rd minute, while Grundhauser tallied her second goal of the game in the 71
st minute off an assist from junior
Faith D'Angelis (Holtsville, N.Y.).
Freshman
Olivia Christiano (Seaford, N.Y.) recorded her first collegiate goal in the 74
th minute off an assist from freshman

Sophomore
Jamie-Lee Bamford (Braintree, England) recorded two saves in 79 minutes of play. Freshman
Erin Emery (Teaneck, N.J.) played the final 11 minutes in net for the Cougars.
The Cougars conclude conference play as they travel to Concordia College on Friday, November 8 at 2 pm. The game will be played at Fosina Stadium at Flowers Park in New Rochelle, N.Y.
