CALDWELL, N.J.- Caldwell University men's soccer junior
Sander Golmen (Lier, Norway) scored the game-winner on a penalty kick in double overtime to life the Cougars to a 2-1 win over Bloomfield College in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference action.
The Cougars improve to 2-9-0 overall and 2-5-0 in the CACC, while the Bears fall to 3-8-0 and 2-5-0 in conference play.

Andre Vieira (Union, N.J.) for an early 1-0 lead.
Bloomfield battled back in the 30th minute to even the game at 1-1. The teams played through a scoreless regulation as the game headed to overtime.
After a scoreless first overtime period, Caldwell got a penalty kick with 16 seconds left in the second overtime. Golmen chipped in the game-winner for the Cougars.

Nils Svere (Lier, Norway) recorded two saves in the first half. Freshman
Ryan Karker (Rochester, N.Y.) earned the win in relief, playing the second half and both overtimes, posting one save.
The Cougars travel to Wilmington University for a CACC contest on Saturday, October 19 at 2:30 pm.
