BOCA RATON, Fla.- The Caldwell University baseball team wrapped up their Florida spring break trip with a 7-1 loss to Southern Connecticut St. University.

The Cougars fall to 0-8 on the season, while the Owls improve to 10-5.

The teams played six scoreless innings before the Owls broke through with two runs in the seventh inning. Southern Connecticut added five runs in the ninth to take a 7-0 lead.
