Mason Marino (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and senior
Justin Jeannette (East Hanover, N.J.) each drove in two runs in the Cougars 9-6 loss to Molloy College.

The Cougars fall to 0-7 overall, while the Lions improve to 6-9.

Caldwell got on the board in the opening inning as they loaded the bases with two outs. Sophomore
Jack Zosulis (East Windsor, N.J.) was hit by a pitch, while Jeannette drew a walk. Senior
Michael Bernstein (Staten Island, N.Y.) singled to load the bases. Marino drew a walk to force in a run, while senior
Rob DeSanti (Barneget, N.J.) was hit by a pitch to put the Cougars ahead 2-0.

Molloy took the lead in the bottom of the first inning with three runs. The Lions added three runs in the second inning for a 6-2 lead.

The Cougars loaded the bases in the third inning as Zosulis was hit by a pitch and Jeannette walked. Bernstein singled to load the bases. Marino hit a sacrifice fly to cut the score to 6-3.

Caldwell added three runs in the fourth inning as Marinello singled and senior
Kevin Goldman (Valley Stream, N.Y.) and Zosulis drew walks. Jeannette singled to score two runs with Zosulis coming around to score on an error that tied the game at six.

Molloy took the lead in the later innings as they scored one run in the fifth, sixth and seventh to pull ahead 9-6.

Senior
Zach Endersby (Caldwell, N.J.) tossed 5+ innings, allowing eight runs (seven earned) on 10 hits, while striking out two. Freshman
Robert Brust (Shirley, N.Y.) pitched two innings, allowing one run on three hits. Sophomore
Raymond Ramos (Bloomfield, N.J.) tossed a scoreless inning, allowing one hit.
