WILMINGTON Del.- The Caldwell University women's soccer team fell to Wilmington University 2-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play.
The Cougars fall to 4-5-0 overall and 3-3-0 in the CACC, while the Wildcats improve to 6-4-1 and 5-1-0 in conference play.
Wilmington got their two goals in the first half. The Wildcats netted their first goal in the 28
th minute and added a goal just before halftime.
Caldwell and Wilmington each attempted 14 shots with eight on goal for the game. Sophomore
Meghan Grundhauser (Easton, Pa.) and freshman
Teaghan Darling (Forked Rivers, N.J.) led the Cougars as each took two shots on goals.

Daniela Lucca (Pompton Lakes, N.J.) finished with six saves in the game.
The Cougars host NYIT on Monday, October 2 at 4 pm at Caldwell Field.
