BRONXVILLE, N.Y.- The Caldwell University women's tennis team fell to Concordia College 9-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play.
 
The Cougars fall to 2-3 and 0-2 in the CACC, while the Clippers improve to 4-0 and 4-0 in conference play.
 
In singles play, senior Rebecca Ryan (Berkeley Heights, N.J) battled at #2 singles but fell 7-6 (7-1), 6-0. Sophomore Janis Jimenez (Shrub Oak, N.Y.) came up short at #3 singles 6-1, 6-3.
 
Senior Valeria Otarola (Lima, Peru) and Ryan lost at #1 doubles 8-6.
 
The Cougars will compete in the ITA East Regional Tournament co-hosted by Queens College and Adelphi University beginning on Friday, September 22.
