BRONXVILLE, N.Y.- Caldwell University volleyball junior
Katrina Janssen (Seville, Australia) led the Cougars with 15 kills as the Cougars defeated Concordia College 3-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference action.

The Cougars improve to 19-10 overall and 12-5 in the CACC, while the Clippers drop to 3-18 and 3-15 in conference play.

Caldwell won in three sets, 25-22, 25-13 and 25-22.
Janssen netted two blocks and three digs, while junior
Taryn Auyong (Honolulu, Hawaii) tallied 13 kills and five digs. Freshman
Kathleen Compagno (Orland Park, Ill.) chipped in six kills and six total blocks (one solo).

Melanie Krpec (Katy, Texas) posted two kills and seven digs, while freshman
Avery Stanechewski (Tampa, Fla.) added five kills. Â

Gabrielle Bennett (San Antonio, Texas) led the Cougars with 27 assists, two aces and four digs, while sophomore
Jordan Hoffman (Colorado Springs, Colo.) finished with 14 assists. Junior

The Cougars play their final home match of the season as they host North Division leader Post University on Tuesday, October 8 at 7 pm. Caldwell will honor its lone senior prior to the match. Â Â
