CALDWELL, N.J.- Caldwell University volleyball junior Katrina Janssen (Seville, Australia) led the Cougars with 13 kills as the Cougars defeated Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division leader Post University 3-1. Wilmington University 3-0 in action.
 
The Cougars improve to 20-10 overall and 13-5 in the CACC, while the Eagles drop to 24-4 and 16-2 in conference play.
 
The teams split the first two sets as the Cougars won the first set 25-21. The Eagles evened the match with a 25-22 in the second set. Caldwell took the next two sets to take the match as they won 25-16 and 25-20.
 
Janssen led the Cougars with 13 kills along with 12 digs and five total blocks (one solo). Junior Taryn Auyong (Honolulu, Hawaii) chipped in 11 kills, two aces and 12 digs, while freshman Kathleen Compagno (Orland Park, Ill.) posted nine kills and six total blocks (three solo).
 
Sophomore Jordan Hoffman (Colorado Springs, Colo.) tallied six kills, 25 assists and 16 digs, while junior Gabrielle Bennett (San Antonio, Texas) added 16 assists and six digs. Freshman Avery Stanechewski (Tampa, Fla.) netted five kills and four blocks, while sophomore Melanie Krpec (Katy, Texas) totaled five aces and 13 digs. Junior Jessica Mitchell (Plainfield, Ill.) led the way with 24 digs.
 
Senior Katrina Logemann (San Diego, Calif.), playing in her final home match, tallied five kill and two blocks.
 
The Cougars wrap up the regular season on Saturday, November 12 as they travel to Felician University for a 1 pm CACC match.
