CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's soccer lost a non-conference game to Roberts Wesleyan College 3-0 on Senior Day for the Cougars.
Caldwell fall to 6-5-1 overall, while the RedHawks improve to 8-3-1 on the season.
The RedHawks netted a pair of first half goals to take any early lead in the game. Roberts Wesleyan controlled the first half action, leading the shot count 7-3.
The Cougars had a shot advantage in the second half 9-5 but couldn't come up with a goal. Roberts Wesleyan added a late goal for the final difference.
For the game, both teams finished with 12 shots apiece, while Caldwell held the corner kick edge 3-1.

Kylie Whalen (Hazlet, N.J.) recorded two saves in the loss.
Prior to the game, the Cougars recognized its four seniors. Whalen along with
Delaney Boyer (Freehold, N.J.),
Jessica Garretson (Atco, N.J.) and
Randall Stafford (Redwood City, Calif.) were honored for their playing careers with Caldwell.
The Cougars are back in action on Monday, October 10 as they take on LIU Post on the road at 3:30 pm
