CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's volleyball team pushed their win streak to four as the swept Holy Family University 3-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play.
The Cougars improve to 16-9 overall and 9-4 in the CACC, while the Tigers drop to 11-12 and 8-5 in conference play.
Caldwell built a 10-4 lead in the opening set and won 25-16. The Cougars took the early lead in set two as they went up 16-10 and won the set 25-16. Caldwell started fast in the third set, going in the lead 5-0. Holy Family battled back, eventually taking a 21-20 lead. The Cougars ripped off four points in a row and took the match 25-23.

Katrina Janssen (Seville, Australia) tallied 14 kills, eight digs, three blocks and two aces, while junior
Taryn Auyong (Honolulu, Hawaii) chipped in 14 kills, seven digs and two aces. Freshman
Kathleen Compagno (Orland Park, Ill.) totaled four kills and three blocks, while sophomore
Melanie Krpec (Katy, Texas) posted four kills and 16 digs.
Junior
Gabrielle Bennett (San Antonio, Texas) finished with 18 assists, five digs and two aces, while sophomore
Jordan Hoffman (Colorado Springs, Colo.) totaled 16 assists. Junior
Jessica Mitchell (Plainfield, Ill.) netted a match-high 19 digs.
The Cougars continue their home stretch as they host Bloomfield College on Tuesday, October 25 at 7 pm.
