ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. – The Caldwell University women's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference match to Molloy College, 18-8 Thursday afternoon at the Skelos Complex. The Cougars are now 2-6 on the season, while the Lions improve to 5-5.
Molloy scored nine of the first 10 goals of the game in building a 12-4 halftime lead. Sophomore midfielder

Daniela Costanzo (East Brunswick, NJ/East Brunswick) each scored twice in the first half for Caldwell. The Lions outscored the Cougars 6-4 in the second half, as freshman midfielder
Emily Fey (Center Moriches, NY/Center Moriches) scored twice. Gonzalez and freshman midfielder
Mariah Wynn (Clearwater, FL/Palm Harbor) also found the net in the second half.

Melissa Garris (Matawan, NJ/Old Bridge) tallied seven saves in goal for Caldwell, while Laura Vetter had eight saves for Molloy.
The Cougars play Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference game at Nyack College on Monday, Apr. 6. Game time is set for 3:30 p.m. in Nyack, N.Y.
