WILMINGTON, Del.- The Caldwell University men's soccer team fell 3-0 to conference leader Wilmington University in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match.
The Cougars fall to 0-9-1 overall and 0-5-1 in conference play, while the Wildcats improve to 8-1-0 and 6-1-0 in CACC play.
Wilmington got on the board in late in the first half as they scored in the 43rd minute for a 1-0 lead at halftime. The Wildcats added a pair of second half goals in the 74
th and 81
st minute. Wilmington held the edge in shots 12-4 and 8-1 in corner kicks.

Michael Hartmann (Medford, N.J.) posted three saves in the game.
The Cougars travel to East Stroudsburg University on Wednesday. October 7 for a 7 pm non-conference game.
