CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University men's soccer team fell to Holy Family University 3-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play.
 
The Cougars fall to 3-11-1 overall and 2-7-1 in CACC play, while the Tigers improve to 5-11-1 and 5-6-0 in conference play.
 
The Tigers struck about midway through the first half off a free kick just outside the box in the 28th minute. The Cougars held the edge in shots 5-2 for the half and trailed by a goal at the break. The Tigers added a pair of goals late in the contest in the 80th and 87th minute.
 
Senior goalie Michael Hartmann (Medford, NJ) recorded three saves in the game.
 
Prior to the contest, the Cougars recognized its graduating players in Hartmann, Noah Pederson (San Jose, CA), Jefferson Daley (St. Andrew, Jamaica), Evan Marques (Linden NJ), Santiago Benites (Guayaquil, Ecuador) and Christian Castro (Clifton, NJ).
 
Caldwell hosts Millersville University on Monday. October 26 at 3 pm at Caldwell Field.
