WATERBURY, Conn. – The Caldwell University men's soccer team fell to Post University, 5-1 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference game Tuesday afternoon at LaMoy Field. The Cougars are now 5-4 overall and 2-3 in league play following the loss, while the Eagles improve to 3-5, 2-4 CACC.

The game remained scoreless until the 20th minute, when Mamadee Kamara scored two goals in a 46-second span to put Post in control. Tiago Martins made it 3-0 with a goal just 49 seconds after halftime, then Martins found the net again in the 60th minute. Senior defender Kyle Felton (Toms River, NJ/Toms River South) converted a penalty kick in the 81st minute for Caldwell's lone goal of the game. Saamir Diarra closed out the scoring with a goal in the 86th minute.

Junior goalkeeper Michael Hartmann (Medford, NJ/Shawnee) recorded eight saves in goal for Caldwell, while Jon Hanlon notched three saves for the Eagles.

Caldwell hosts Chestnut Hill College on Saturday, Oct. 4 in another CACC game. Kick-off is set for 2:00 p.m. at Caldwell Field.
