WILMINGTON, Del. – The Caldwell University volleyball team defeated Goldey-Beacom College in three sets, 25-23, 25-21, 25-19 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match Saturday afternoon at the Jones Center. The Cougars improve to 7-6 overall and 3-1 in the conference with the victory, while the Lightning drops to 7-7, 2-3 CACC.

Rachael DiLeonardo (West Chester, OH/Mt. Notre Dame) led Caldwell with eight kills apiece, with Nestoras adding 18 assists. Senior right side

Jaclyn Del Cid (Bogota, NJ/Bogota) paced the defense with 15 digs. Kadi McCoy led Goldey-Beacom with 14 kills and nine digs.
The Cougars host Nyack College in a CACC match on Tuesday, Sept. 30. The divisional battle starts at 7:00 p.m. in the George R. Newman Center.
