CALDWELL, N.J. – The Caldwell University women's tennis team fell to Holy Family University, 8-1 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference dual Sunday afternoon at the Caldwell University Tennis Courts. The Cougars are now 1-4 overall and 0-3 in the conference, while the Tigers improve to 3-3, 1-1 CACC.

Caldwell's only point came at No. 4 singles, where sophomore Sara Riccardi (Jersey City, NJ/St. Dominic Acad.) defeated Christina Little, 6-0, 6-2. Junior Emily Slater (Cliffwood Beach, NJ/Old Bridge) played a close match at No. 2 singles before losing in three sets to Emerald Adams.

Caldwell play a CACC dual at Post University on Tuesday, Sept. 23, beginning at 3:30 p.m. in Waterbury, Conn.
