The loss ends a three-match winning streak for the Cougars, who are now 4-5 overall and 2-4 in the conference. The Clippers, who are ranked 22nd nationally, improve to 5-0 overall and in the CACC.
Caldwell faces Goldey-Beacom College in a CACC dual on Thursday, Oct. 9, beginning at 3:30 p.m. in Wilmington, Del.
