CALDWELL, N.J. – The Caldwell College Athletic Department announces the hiring of
Mike Molinaro as an athletic trainer. Molinaro joins Caldwell's athletic training staff in support of the college's 12 intercollegiate athletics programs, which compete in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference at the NCAA Division II level.
Molinaro comes to Caldwell after working at JAG Physical Therapy in West Orange, N.J., for the past three years. Since JAG PT serves as the physical therapist for Caldwell's intercollegiate athletics programs, Molinaro is familiar with some of Caldwell's student-athletes. He also has worked with the New Jersey Rockets junior hockey club through JAG PT.
Molinaro graduated from Montclair State University in 2010 with a degree in athletic training. While at Montclair State, he had internships at James Caldwell, Pequannock and Northern Highlands high schools. He also supported the baseball, softball, lacrosse and track programs at Montclair State.
"We are fortunate to add someone of Mike's caliber to our athletic training staff," said
Mark A. Corino, Executive Director of Athletics. "He comes highly recommended from JAG PT, and our student-athletes will benefit from his professionalism and experience."
Molinaro is a native and current resident of Verona, N.J.
