ORANGEBURG, N.Y. – The Caldwell College men's soccer team lost a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match to Dominican College, 4-0 Wednesday afternoon at the DC Soccer Field. The Cougars fall to 5-9 overall, including a 2-6 mark in league play, with the loss. The Chargers move to 6-5-2, 4-2-1 CACC.
Dominican's Nicholas Mavilla and Sony Narro scored goals three minutes apart in the 28th and 31st minutes for a 2-0 advantage. In the second half, Narro assisted on Jorge Zubillaga's goal in the 69th minute, then found the net himself with help from Zubillaga in the 75th minute to close out the scoring. Caldwell was unable to score on Chargers' goalkeeper Andres Ruiz despite putting seven shots on goal.

Michael Hartmann (Medford, NJ/Shawnee) registered five saves in 78 minutes of action for Caldwell. Freshman
Taylor Sovelove (Mine Hill, NJ/Butler) made one save while playing 12 minutes in goal.
The Cougars take on Holy Family University in another CACC match-up on Saturday, Oct. 19. The game starts at 2:30 p.m. in Philadelphia, Pa.
