CALDWELL, N.J. - The Caldwell College women's tennis team won its second dual in a row, defeating Post University 8-1 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference dual Wednesday afternoon at the Caldwell College Tennis Courts. With the win, the Cougars improve to 2-2 overall and 1-2 in league play, while the Eagles drop to 0-4, 0-2 CACC.

Caldwell won all three doubles matches, with senior Olga Ndhlovu (Bergenfield, NJ/Bergenfield) and freshman Briana Gaspich (Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) winning their fourth match of the season at No. 3 doubles. Seniors Amanda Berry (Swedesboro, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) and Sara Wilkins (Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) combined for the victory at No. 1 doubles, while freshmen Paige Alden (Spring Lake Heights, NJ/Manasquan) and Gwynne Alden (Spring Lake Heights, NJ/Manasquan) won their match at No. 2 doubles.

In singles play, Gwynne Alden, Gaspich (pictured), Berry and Ndhlovu won in straight sets at second, third, fifth and sixth singles, respectively. Wilkins blanked her opponent, 8-0 in a pro set at fourth singles.

The Cougars play Molloy College in a non-conference dual on Thursday, Sept. 22. The contest will be played at Adelphi University in Garden City, N.J., beginning at 3:30 p.m.
