CALDWELL, N.J. - The Caldwell College women's tennis squad lost a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference dual to the University of the Sciences, 7-2 Saturday afternoon at the Caldwell College Tennis Courts. The match completes the regular-season schedule for the Cougars, who are 2-12 overall, 1-6 in the conference.
Freshman Olga Ndhlovu (Bergenfield, NJ/Bergenfield) had a hand in both of Caldwell's points. Ndholvu won her singles match at No. 1 singles, defeating Zahra Hasau, 7-5, 6-4. Then in doubles, Ndhlovu paired with junior Chiaki Saito (Tokyo, Japan) to down Hasau and Bridget Frymoyer, 8-4 at first doubles. Ndhlovu, who leads the Cougars with five victories in singles this season, and Saito will compete in the CACC Individual Tournament Oct. 17-18 in Philadelphia, Pa.
