CALDWELL, N.J. - The Caldwell College women's tennis team earned its first win of the season with a 9-0 triumph over Post University in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference dual Tuesday afternoon at the Caldwell College Tennis Courts. The Cougars are now 1-3 overall and 1-2 in the CACC.

Junior Emilie Skidmore (Pompton Plains, NJ/Pequannock Twp.), pictured, sophomore Brittni Frantellizzi (Binghamton, NY/Susquehanna Valley) and freshmen Suzanne Dragovcic (Barnegat, NJ/Southern Regional) and Kirsty Leedham (Ellesmere Port, England/Cheshire Acad.) won their matches by the score of 8-0 in a super set at first, second, fourth and fifth singles, respectively. Senior Patty Messick (Penns Grove, NJ/Penns Grove) was victorious at third singles in straight sets. The Cougars won all three doubles matches, and won by walkover at sixth singles.

The Cougars are back in action on Friday, Sept. 21, when they host Adelphi University at 3:00 p.m.
