WATERBURY, Conn. - For the second day in a row, the Caldwell College women's tennis team captured a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference dual by the perfect score of 9-0, defeating Post University Thursday afternoon at Chase Collegiate School. With the win, the Cougars are now 3-2 on the season and 2-1 in the CACC, while Post drops to 0-3 overall.

The Cougars did not lose a game in the doubles portion of the dual. Senior Oksana Manoukian (Old Tappan, NJ/Northern Valley Regional) and freshman Brittni Frantellizzi (Binghamton, NY/Susquehanna Valley) paired up to win at No. 1 doubles. Caldwell's No. 2 team of sophomores Emilie Skidmore (Pompton Plains, NJ/Pequannock Twp.), pictured, and Jacquelynn Ross (Millburn, NJ/Mondeor), as well as the No. 3 team of senior Danielle O'Connell (South Amboy, NJ/St. John Vianney) and freshman Jessica Ouderkirk (Syracuse, NY/Westhill) each won their matches by the score of 8-0.

All six of Caldwell's singles players won their matches in straight sets, including Manoukian, who improved to 5-0 on the season at No. 1 singles. Ross picked up her first singles victory of the season at No. 6 singles for the Cougars.

Next up for Caldwell is a non-conference dual at FDU-Madison on Tuesday, Sept. 26, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
