Kelly Sepe was named Caldwell University Assistant Athletic Director for Academics and Student Athlete Advisor in April 2025. Sepe had previously served as Administrative Assistant in the Athletics department since 2016.
In her new role, Sepe is responsible for all aspects of Caldwell University's support of student-athletes, including academic counsel, monitoring of progress towards a degree and NCAA eligibility, providing reports on retention, grades and graduation rates, assisting with course registration, communicating with professors regarding academic concerns and progress, tracking admissions, monitoring/managing the scholarship and enrichment programs and more.
"Kelly has proven to be an invaluable asset to Caldwell University, the Athletics program and student-athletes, and we are extremely fortunate that she has stepped up to this position," said Mark A. Corino, Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics. "She has always put the student-athletes first, and with her qualifications, strong relationships within the University as well as with coaches and students, and proven ability to thrive in this environment she will excel in this important role."
Sepe, a native of Nutley, N.J., earned a B.A. in Psychology/Special Education/Elementary Education and Master's in Educational Psychology at Marist College (now University).
Sepe lives in West Caldwell with her husband Ron and children Adam and Cooper.
