Christie Marrone was named Assistant Athletic Director for Operations in November 2023, and continues to serve as women's basketball assistant coach, a position she has held since 2021-22.
Marrone came to Caldwell from Concordia College where she was the assistant women's basketball coach from 2018-21 under current Caldwell Head Coach Christie Conforti. While with the Clippers, she assisted the head coach with recruiting, developing practice and game plans, player development, academics, and game film. Prior to her time at Concordia, Marrone was the assistant women's basketball coach for Molloy College from 2010-12.Â
Marrone graduated from University of Maryland-College Park with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2008. She earned her master's degree in business administration with a focus on banking and finance from Dowling College in 2010.Â
