Audrey McGowan was named Caldwell University assistant acrobatics & tumbling coach in September 2025. She assists in all phases of the program, including recruiting, on-mat coaching, practice and more.
A 2012 Caldwell graduate, McGowan has more than three decades in cheerleading, dance and gymnastics, including serving as Caldwell College (now University) cheerleading captain for 3.5 years.
Her extensive coaching experience dates to 2006, during which time she has instructed in recreational gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, stunting, and tumbling.
McGowan also serves as the Head Cheerleading Coach at Morris Catholic High School and Director of Recreational and Junior Advanced programs at North Stars Gymnastics in Boonton, N.J.
Audrey also works as a background actor for film and television. If you look closely, you can spot the Caldwell native in scenes of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Netflix’s The Good Cop, HBO’s The Deuce, and more.
McGowan lives in Morris Plains, N.J.
