Erin LeBan is back for her seventh year as the assistant coach for the Caldwell University volleyball program. LeBan has been a coach at Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club in Westfield, N.J., for seven years.
Prior to coaching at AVVC, LeBan was an assistant coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham for four seasons. During her tenure, the Devils reached the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Tournament semifinals all four years and made the finals in 2007. LeBan’s stint on the bench at FDU-Florham followed an outstanding player career for the Devils in which she earned all-conference honors three times and became the program’s all-time leader in assists and service aces. The former setter helped the Devils post a record of 100-36, and set school records for assists and aces in a season. In 2010, she was inducted into the FDU-Florham Hall of Fame.
LeBan graduated in 2005 with a degree in marketing, and earned her MBA in business administration from FDU-Florham in 2008. She is a marketing manager in the preferred alliance department at Realogy, the world’s leading franchisor of real estate brokerages.
A native of Downers Grove, Ill., LeBan currently lives in Florham Park, N.J.
