Ryan Carpenter

Dr. Ryan Carpenter was named the women’s tennis head coach at Caldwell in May 2018. 

Last season, Carpenter guided the Cougars to one conference victory. For a second straight season, Carpenter's squad was honored with the CACC Team Sportsmanship Award. 
 
Carpenter has extensive experiences as a Division I player after playing for four seasons at Rider University. He posted 11 singles victories and 11 doubles wins during his time with the Broncs. He earned all-academic team honors and was a team captain.
 
Carpenter was a tennis instructor at Tucson Country Club in Arizona for four years. He developed drills and organized sessions for children and adults. Since 2017, he has been working as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength Coach at the Maven Center in Bergen County.
 
Carpenter earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Rider in 2013 and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in 2017.
