Christie Marrone returns to the Caldwell women's basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach for her fifth season in 2025-26.
Marrone comes to Caldwell from Concordia College where she was the assistant women's basketball coach from 2018-21. While with the Clippers, she assisted the head coach with recruiting, developing practice and game plans, player development, academics, and game film. Prior to her time at Concordia, Marrone was the assistant women's basketball coach for Molloy College from 2010-12.Â
She also serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Operations, a position she has held since 2023.
Marrone graduated from University of Maryland-College Park with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2008. She earned her master's degree in business administration with a focus on banking and finance from Dowling College in 2010.Â
