T.J. Kroncke begins his first year as assistant coach at Caldwell, bringing more than 12 years of experience as a head coach and assistant in New Jersey high schools.
A 2006 graduate of Monclair State who earned Masters degrees at the University of Texas in 2010 and American College of Education in 2021, Kroncke began his coaching career at Paramus Catholic HS in 2010, mentoring running backs and the junior varsity team for four years. He moved on to Wood Ridge HS, where he served as assistant head coach and defensive coordinator from 2014-2018. He took over as head coach at Palisades Park/Leonia HS in 2018, leading the Tigers for four seasons.Â
The Hasbrouck Heights native lives in North Arlington with his wife Dana.
