Marc Crisafi joined the Cougars for their inaugural season in 2017 and returns for his seventh season on the sidelines in 2023, bridging the program alongside fellow assistant coach Ken Trimmer from that original staff.
Crisafi was the head football coach at Watchung Hills Regional High School from 2010-2014. Prior to Watchung, he was part of the Union High School football coaching staff from 1996-2006, starting as assistant coach for six years and moving into the head coach position from 2001-06.
His son Vincent was also an original member of the Cougars sprint football program, playing quarterback and defense from 2017-2020.
