Jay Tiseo joins the Caldwell University Sprint Football staff as assistant coach in August 2025. He is responsible for coaching the running backs in the Cougars' wide-open offense.
Coach Tiseo comes to Caldwell after having coached for more than two decades in local high school football. His experience includes a long tenure at Bloomfield HS (13 years) and significant stints at Passaic Valley (six years) and Millburn (three years). He also serves as head baseball coach at Passaic Valley.Â
Tiseo, a 2003 William Paterson University graduate, played baseball for the Pioneers, after a successful high school baseball and football playing career that included First Team All-County, League and All-State honors in both sports.
Tiseo lives in Woodland Park with his wife Christine and daughters Izzy and Patty.
