Chris Strumolo begins his fifth season an assistant coach for the sprint football team for the 2023 season.
Strumolo brought over two decades of coaching experience to Caldwell, continuing his successful run with head coach Jim Kelly, after having previously worked together at Nutley High School. Strumolo later coached for four years at Weequahic High School and was an assistant coach on the staff that helped guide the team to a Central Jersey Group 2 Championship in 2006. In 2008, he was named the head coach at Belleville High School and worked there for three seasons. Strumolo was also an assistant coach at Central High School in Newark and helped guide the Blue Devils to two playoff appearances.
Stumolo currently works as a guidance counselor at George Washington Carver/Bruce Street Elementary School in Newark, New Jersey.
