Chad Bennett begins his second season on the Caldwell sidelines as an assistant coach for the men’s soccer team.
Bennett was part of the Cougars soccer program from 2005-08. He was a three-time CACC All-Conference selection, including earning first team honors as a junior and senior. Bennett earned CACC Player of the Year honors in 2008. He is a two-time Daktronics All-Region selection, earning First Team honors as a senior.
Following his playing career at Caldwell, Bennett played professionally overseas. Among the teams he played for include Real Mona Football Club (Jamaica), August Town Football Club (Jamaica), Cavaliers Soccer Club (Jamaica), FBK Karlstad (Sweden) and New Jersey Rangers (United States).
Bennett also joined the New York Red Bulls staff as its Developmental Coach in 2016. He graduated from Caldwell in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
