Ryan Stevens joined the Caldwell men's lacrosse program for its inaugural 2020 season as an assistant coach in the summer of 2019.
Stevens most recently worked for Evolution Lacrosse Academy in 2018-19. He worked with middle school and high school lacrosse players through clinics and traveled to lacrosse tournaments in the tri-state area.
Stevens played for four season at Division I Monmouth University. He played in 18 games during his career. Stevens was a member of Monmouth's first MAAC Regular Season and Tournament Championship team as a senior in 2017. While at Monmouth, he worked in the athletics department as a marketing assistant and on the event management staff. Stevens graduated from Monmouth in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing and management.
