General: Solid defensive player who had a breakout season offensively last year. 2013/Junior: Batted .315 with 47 hits, seven doubles and 14 runs batted in… Improved his batting average by almost 100 points from his sophomore year… Scored 24 runs to rank second on the team… Had 15 multi-hit games… Delivered three hits three times… Registered six hits in 10 at-bats in games against Florida Memorial and St. Michael’s 3/11… Went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI vs. LIU Post 3/13… Drove in three runs in a win over Nyack 4/16. 2012/Sophomore: Started 27 games at shortstop… Batted .216 with 12 RBI… Participated in 11 double plays at short… Went 3-for-4 with two RBI vs. Dowling 3/11… Was 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBI at Felician 4/4… Drove in three runs and tripled vs. Nyack 4/11. 2011/Freshman: Started 38 games at shortstop… Helped turn 11 double plays… Hit .192 with 12 RBI… Ranked second on the team with nine doubles… Went 3-for-4 vs. Mercy… Was 2-for-3 with a double, a home run and three RBI against USciences in the first round of the CACC Tournament 5/10. Prior to Caldwell: Earned all-county honors at Mepham High School… Also was an all-conference basketball player and his team’s Most Valuable Player at Mepham.
