Prior to Caldwell: New York State scholar athlete all 4 years of high school…. All league and All Division player… Named team MVP and silver slugger junior year and offensive MVP senior year… Was Newsday’s top 100 player for 2017 season…. Finished high school career 2nd all-time in home runs and RBIs and third all-time in batting average with .468… Finished in the top 11% of high school class... Member of the Foreign Language and National honors society… Travel team sudden impact 18u gold.
