WOODLAND PARK, N.J. -- Senior Logan Kudla (Bloomfield, N.J.) and junior Luke Molyneux (Ocean Township, N.J.) finished ninth and 11th, respectively, as Caldwell University men's cross country placed third of six teams competing at the Cougar Chase Invitational at Garret Mountain on a sunny, warm Friday afternoon.

Kudla (30:23.7) and Molyneux (31:18.7) both had sub-32:00 runs in the 8K competition. Sophs Mohamed Toure (Hamilton, N.J.; 33:28.7) and Gustavo Moyotl (West New York, N.J.; 33:49.4) placed 18th and 19th, respectively. Graduate Jakub Sobura-Durma (Kielce, Poland) rounded out the Cougars scoring with a 24th place finish (37:21.3).

Caldwell hits the training trail the next three weeks, resuming competition on Oct. 10 at the NJIT Invitational in Newark.
