After the intermission, six straight Cougar markers, three by George and two by Ciresi, including a nifty behind the back flip by the freshman, increased CU's advantage to 14-5 by the end of the third and they coasted from there.
Korzevinski had three goals and an assist while nabbing nine ground balls, Ciresi finished with three goals, Cipot and freshman midfielder
Zoe Rocha (Houston) had two goals and an assist each, and freshman defender
Abigail Wallace (Millis, Mass.) scored her second career goal on a free position in the game's final minute.
