DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Sophomore righthander
Haleigh Fisher (Smyrna, N.Y.) tossed 6 2/3 innings of one-run, five-hit relief in the first game and junior CF
Kenzie Nazionale (Ontario, Calif.) had hits in both contests as Caldwell fell to Tiffin, 3-0, and host Embry-Riddle in games played at ERAU Softball Field on Saturday.
Fisher came on with one out in the first inning and after getting out of a bases-loaded jam and allowing a run in the second, held the Dragons scoreless the rest of the way.
Nazionale had a seventh-inning single and stolen base vs. Tiffin and fourth-inning hit vs. Embry-Riddle. Freshman DH
Madison Tarra (Hicksville, N.Y.) also delivered a leadoff single in the fifth for the Cougars.
