CALDWELL, N.J. -- Â Junior point guard
Jah'Nel Lewis (Jersey City, N.J.) scored 24 points and had four steals to lead all players as Caldwell women's basketball extended their winning streak to four (4-1, 1-0 CACC) and pulled away in the 4th quarter to down the Goldey-Beacom Lightning (0-5, 0-1 CACC) 72-57 at the Newman Center.
Senior guard/forward
Lucy Coogan (Killkenny, Ireland) caught fire and dropped in all 16 of her points in the second half. Site also had seven rebounds and a team-leading  four assists.
GBC hung in with the Cougars for the first three quarters. There were six ties and five lead changes.
Junior guard
Neysa Aguilar (Middlesex, N.J.) scored 16 points to tie her teammate Lucy.
Caldwell's largest lead was a 16 point advantage (72-56) with 31 seconds left in the game.
CU will resume play after the Thanksgiving Break and travel to Sparkill N.Y. for a non-conference showdown with STAC on Sunday at 1 PM.
