CALDWELL, N.J. — Senior setter Jordan Mack (Yorba Linda, Calif.) flipped a career-high 37 assists and senior hitter Wyette Schubert-Brown (Chatsworth, N.J.) posted 17 kills as Caldwell volleyball concluded the 2025 season with a 3-1 CACC defeat to Dominican at the Newman Center on Wednesday evening.
The Cougars won the second set, 25-20, to even the match after DUNY (8-14 overall, 5-8 CACC) took a narrow 25-23 victory in the first. The Cougars couldn't match the combined efforts of Elizabeth Perez (16 kills) and Savannah Tody (13) in falling in the final two sets.
Junior libero Ava Railton (Santa Rose Beach, Fla.) led the CU back line with 13 assists. Schubert-Brown added 11 and senior Torrien Jones (Camp Springs, Md.) had 10 in her final collegiate contest.
Freshman hitter Marley Rudolph (Hampstead, Md.) had a fine night with nine kills and four digs, while senior middle blocker Alexa McEwan (Beachwood, N.J.) totaled four blocks and three kills in her last match.
