WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. -- Caldwell University men's basketball tips off the 2025-26 season with an exhibition game vs. Division I Monmouth University at the OceanFirst Bank Center on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Tri-state area fans who can't make it out to the game (ticket link here) can catch it LIVE on SNY TV, and can watch the network's replay of the broadcast on Wednesday at 2 p.m.

The Cougars last faced Monmouth (13-20 in 2024-25) in a regular season game in 1987-88, the first year of the Caldwell men's basketball program, with the Hawks winning, 85-69. They have played at least two exhibition games since then.

Caldwell, 18-11 last year, will open the regular season on Friday, November 14, when they host Southern New Hampshire in the first round of the CACC-Northeast 10 Challenge at the Newman Center. The Cougars take on Bentley in the second round of the tournament on Saturday, November 15, with both games beginning at 5 p.m.
