Schubert-Brown Leads Volleyball Attack In Defeat To Southern Connecticut St

Mack posts team-high 10 assists

NEW HAVEN, CT  --  Junior outside hitter Wyette Schubert-Brown (Chatsworth, N.J.) drilled a season-high 15 kills as Caldwell volleyball (0-9, 0-2 CACC) fell short to Southern Connecticut St (2-11, 0-0 NE10) 3-0 at the Pelz Gym. Junior setter Jordan Mack (Yorba Linda, Calif.) led the Cougars with 10 assists.

Caldwell's best chance to earn a set win was in the opening frame. SCSU only won that set by a margin of four points. 

Sophomore libero Ava Railton (Santa Rose Beach, FL) (10 digs) put up another impressive showing.


Caldwell will face Kutztown University in Pennsylvania on Monday at 7 PM.
