CALDWELL, N.J. -- Senior 1B Oscar Fajardo (Brentwood, N.Y.) hit a long two-run home run and sophomore second baseman Stephen Young Jr. (Middlesex, N.J.) had three hits as Caldwell baseball dropped a pair of CACC North contests to Post, 9-0 and 10-3 at Kiwanis Oval on Saturday.

In the opener, Young went two-for-two, also reaching on a hit by pitch. In the nightcap, he had a hit in three trips.

Soph 3B Michael Cruz (Miami) also had hits in both ends of the twinbill, reaching base three times in game two.

Junior lefty Andres Rodriguez (Henderson, Nev.) was effective in relief in both contests, hurling a perfect frame in the opener.

Caldwell (8-20, 7-11) visits Wilmington on Sunday in a CACC doubleheader.
