GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Eight Caldwell University student-athletes from women's soccer, men's soccer and volleyball have been named to the 2024 Collegiate Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team in their respective sports.
The women's soccer honorees are graduate defender Megan Feehan (Point Pleasant, N.J.), junior goalkeeper Ariana Gaminara (Las Vegas), junior forward Taina Gervais (Port-Au-Prince, Haiti), and senior defender Isabella Vitella (Roseland, N.J.).
Men's soccer senior midfielder Aaqil Khairun (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) earned a spot on that squad.
Volleyball standouts, senior middle blocker Alexa McEwan (Beachwood, N.J.), junior outside hitter Wyette Schubert-Brown (Chatsworth, N.J.) and senior right side hitter Natalie Piper (Long Beach, Calif.), were all honored.Â
The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA, in those three sports in the fall. Caldwell's cross country athletes are eligible as part of the combined cross country and track & field nomination process in the spring.
