Isaiah Philbert (Bronx, N.Y.) forced a hurried shot that came up short, giving the Cougars their second straight road conference victory.
Philbert made four threes, totaling 15 points, while Moussa grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds.
Darnell Evans added six rebounds, five assists, a block and a steal.
