Alexis Byfield (Hawthorne, N.J.) scored in both the triple jump and high jump, leading the Cougars contingent on the second day of the CACC Women's Track & Field Championships at the Georgian Court University track complex.
Gonzalez Martin, who had placed third in the 10,000 meter run on Saturday, earned her second medal, passing two runners in the latter stages of the race to take silver with a time of 12:44.81. She also scored for Caldwell in the 5000 meters, finishing sixth in 20:30.86.
Byfield, who earned a bronze in the long jump on Saturday, scored a sixth place finish in the triple jump (school record 11.14m) and eighth in the high jump (1.47m) Sunday.

Caldwell's results were good for a seventh place standing overall.
